  • Plan and manage all IT projects and support functions
  • Work with managers and directors to find IT solutions to business challenges

  • Preferred college graduate - with a degree in computer science or at least 10 years experience in IT management with Windows server networks

  • Understanding of Microsoft environments including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Remote Desktop Services Virtualization

ACCOUNTING MANAGER (click here for details)

This is an exempt, supervisor level position.
The accounting activities will include accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow projections, payroll, budgeting, tax, month-end close, and financial statement preparation. The accounting manager will work closely with staff, and as the organization grows may manage accounting staff. The accounting manager will report to the CFO.


  • Perform and supervise accounting office work, which includes maintaining general ledger, overseeing AP, processing payroll, and performing month-end and quarter-end close financial statement work, including, but not limited to:
  • Performing bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Recording journal entries (depreciation, prepaid amortization, accruals, annual close out of retained earnings to capital accounts, etc.)
  • Reconciling general ledger account balances to sub-ledgers, other schedules maintained by us (i.e. fixed asset and depreciation, prepaids, accruals, etc.)
  • Ensuring a proper electronic work file is maintained to support all work performed and ensuring the accuracy of the financial statement balances
  • Oversee management of vendor files, including monitoring W-9 forms received, for use in the preparation of annual forms (1099)
  • Preparing financial statements
  • Develop and maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation schedules
  • Track open leases and loans, review monthly statements to ensure all loan schedules are current and anticipate/prepare for properly closing them proactively
  • Ensure annual business tax filings are handled in a timely manner, such as annual/quarterly payroll tax filings, sales tax filings, annual city licenses, property tax statements, etc. as required
  • Proactively stay on top of the business to identify any additional work required by the accounting department
  • Keep up to date on the company’s matters and its changing needs; communicating such information to the CFO
  • Act as a leader; effectively train teammates to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all processes and software used, by maintaining established checks and balances

A minimum of 1 year directly related experience in Aerospace contracts, acquisitions, or program management is required. Must have experience navigating the FAR and its supplements. The successful candidate will possess the time management and analytical skills necessary for problem solving, risk assessment and execution as well as the ability to apply sound judgment to proposal strategy, bid/no-bid evaluations, basis of estimates, TINA compliant proposals, pricing, audits, contract review, both price and T&C negotiations, definitization, execution, customer performance reviews, change proposal evaluation, closeout, etc. Requires intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite programs and MRP/ERP systems. Experience using Exostar, OASIS, Dibbs, FedBizOps, and other Customer systems a plus. Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. Up to 10% travel may be required.
